Why Buying MLM Leads Won’t Work

I see many people in network marketing who buy network marketing lead lists because they think that it will help to improve their business growth. This can often be a waste of time and money and I will explain why and also show you how you can generate your own leads for free.
Have you been searching around for cheap mlm leads and thinking of paying money for leads? There are a large number of mlm marketers who are and actually go ahead and buy leads to try and get their business moving, but before you spend any money be sure to read this article and check out the strategy that I am offering to you.
I know some marketers who have bought leads before, but personally I never have and for good reason. Nine times out of ten the results have been pretty disastrous and my colleagues have just ended up wasting their time and money. It’s a sad fact that most of the time these so called ‘qualified’ leads turn out to be a complete waste of time with the recruitment rate somewhere between 0 & 0.5%!
Countless lead generation organisations have appeared over the last few years. Previous to MLM, I was a mortgage advisor and did myself fall into the trap of buying leads, the results were pretty pathetic, the leads were by no means qualified. MLM leads are no better, in fact they are worse.

Bear in mind that these lead lists that are being sold are available to other folks as well and have been already overworked. Often the source is from companies that carry out market research. It’s difficult to actually produce targeted leads because the questions asked are often very general and not specific to any particular niche. When it comes to selling these leads to a particular market its very difficult to narrow down exactly what the ‘prospect’ might be interested in.
Another major problem with trying to recruit ‘paid for’ leads is that when you call them the common response is ‘who the hell are you?’ or words to that effect. Most of these people have either completed a generic questionnaire or a business opportunity online opt in form. As they don’t know you as there has been no previous communication, you are calling totally cold and its extremely difficult to get a sale that way, especially in today’s modern world. Before trying to pitch someone you should have already formed some sort of a bond and your prospect should have some confidence in you, this is achieved using attraction marketing .
In my honest opinion you will not be making the best use of your time and marketing budget by trying to convert these so called ‘mlm leads’. If you want to develop a lead flow then you are well advised to do it yourself using the principles of attraction marketing. You could be enjoying 40 leads a day and more if you are prepared to learn and put in some work. Using these strategies will put you in a very strong position with your prospects and they will be eager to hear what you have to say. Marketers that buy cheap mlm leads mostly end up frustrated having wasted their time and money.
